GratiGuide is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides automated gratitude call services. Users purchase subscriptions to receive scheduled gratitude calls. Once a call is made, it is non-refundable.
2. User Accounts
To use GratiGuide, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment and Refunds
When purchasing a subscription, you gain access to scheduled gratitude calls as per your plan. Once a call is made, it is non-refundable. All payments are final.
4. Data Collection
